AI API key not configured yet. You can test four local layouts now, or configure the key on Cloudflare.

Privacy and cost: Real AI submissions send your selected photo to the image provider. Generated photos are returned to your browser, not persisted in R2 yet. Real AI requires a configured server-side key and is capped at 8 generated images/day across this test environment.
